How can we effectively create and sustain a community of over a thousand Laboratoria bootcamp graduates?

While the company's capacity for creation is undeniable, the real challenge lies in how to build and maintain a coherent, engaged, and active community.

To address this need, we recognized the importance of training key staff as community builders and facilitators of the emerging women community. Together, we developed the Laboratoria Community Builders Training Curriculum, meticulously tailored to meet Laboratoria's specific needs and organizational culture. Through this curriculum, we equipped Laboratoria staff with the essential tools and frameworks needed to cultivate a robust, engaging community and create meaningful experiences for its members.

Today, this community continues to expand and make a profound impact on hundreds of women across Latin America.
